How does billing work?
Pay for a 3-month term or a whole year by bank transfer. We confirm the transfer by hand — usually within a few hours — and your membership starts. Renewals are the term fee only.
What are mentorship hours?
3 hours of online mentorship and project support per membership term. Book them from your account and a ThinkNMake mentor works through your build with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Paid time is kept until the end of the current term; nothing renews after that.
